Anna Maria of Aurora Inc in Aurora, OH is seeking a Social Media and Graphic Design Intern to develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media, assist with graphics, marketing, website updates, photography, and events.

You will work with the Director of Marketing & Engagement on projects that impact campus and community, build your portfolio, and gain hands-on experience in branding and digital design while learning in a flexible, PRN/Seasonal role.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or have experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong eye for design and detail.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating social media and marketing materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and layout of flyers, newsletters, brochures, signage, and print/digital materials.
• Develop, create, and publish content across social platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Assist with website updates and content management.
• Support marketing campaigns, photography, and special events.
• Help maintain consistent branding across campus communications.
• Organize marketing materials and creative assets.
• Proofread and prepare files for print and digital use.

Are you a creative student, recent graduate, or aspiring designer looking to gain real-world experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, and marketing?

Anna Maria of Aurora is looking for a Social Media and Graphic Design Intern to develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall online presence. You'll also assist with graphic design, marketing, website updates, photography, special events, and campus communications.

You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing & Engagement on projects that are seen throughout our campus and community. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your portfolio while gaining valuable experience creating content and marketing materials that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the design and layout of flyers, newsletters, brochures, signage, and print/digital marketing materials
• Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.
• Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Assist with website updates and content management

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Has a creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Is studying or has experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Internship Details:

• PRN/Seasonal position with a flexible morning or afternoon schedule
• Approximately 16-20 hours per week, based on department needs and project workload
• 6-month Internship
• At the end of the six-month term, performance and departmental needs will be evaluated. The internship may be extended or transition into continued employment based on that review.
