Globe Life is seeking a Social Media Analyst to guide online reputation management and social media strategy for the Globe Life brand and its subsidiaries. This remote role includes monitoring daily activity, analyzing trends, and delivering market value reporting to internal teams.

You will develop strategies to improve the social media presence of independent business owners and agents across Globe Life's subsidiaries, working with the marketing team to coordinate initiatives and reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social media or digital marketing from a four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management.
• Must possess a passion for social media and digital marketing industry.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Effective communicator with management and other team members.
• Show enthusiasm and initiative when taking on new projects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Strong proofreading and writing skills are required with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout) and online reputation platforms (e.g. Birdeye, Talkwalker, Google My Business).

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to coordinate social media strategies at corporate, agency and individual levels.
• Monitor social media inboxes for Globe Life’s corporate accounts and route messages to respective teams in Marketing.
• Use social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and identify potential issues.
• Analyze social media data and produce weekly and monthly reports for strategy teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to identify trends and build social media initiatives.
• Monitor reviews and communicate low-rated or unanswered reviews to the strategy team.
• Build competitor reports to identify growth opportunities for Globe Life’s social media.
• Identify upcoming trends to inform content development across channels.

Role Overview

Could you be our next Social Media Analyst? Globe Life is looking for a Social Media Analyst to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding online reputation management and social media strategy development for the Globe Life brand and its subsidiaries, including monitoring daily social media activity, identifying brand mentions, and delivering market value reporting to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner. You will analyze available data and identify current social media trends to strengthen the Globe Life brand, while also assisting in developing strategies that improve the social media presence of independent business owners and agents across Globe Life's subsidiaries.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to coordinate social media strategies at a corporate, agency and individual level.
• Monitor the social media inboxes for Globe Life’s corporate accounts and assign messages to the appropriate teams within marketing in a timely manner.
• Use social media listening tools, such as Sprinklr Insights, to maintain and monitor brand reputation both internally and externally, identifying possible instances that affect the Globe Life brand.
• Analyze data of social media performance to compile both weekly and monthly reports for use by our social media strategy team and divisional leadership.
• Work with our social media strategy team to identify trends in data to build social media initiatives and assess monitoring needs.
• Monitor all incoming reviews via Birdeye and communicate any low rated/no response reviews to the social media strategy team.
• Build competitor reports to help identify areas of growth for Globe Life’s social media presence and reputation.
• Identify upcoming trends to help with content development and to foster growth on all social media channels.

What You Can Bring
