Job summary

Arena Club is seeking a Social Media Admin to own the day-to-day design and publishing of content across our social channels—Instagram, X, and TikTok. You will design graphics, schedule posts in Sprout Social, and keep feeds active and on-brand, while collaborating with the marketing team and managing your own workflow.

The role is a 3-month initial contract, 15 hours per week, fully remote, with an hourly rate commensurate with experience. A strong interest in trading cards and sports is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing for social media, ideally with a brand or agency.
• Familiarity with basic motion design tools for TikTok content.
• Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, or ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and specs.
• Reliable and communicative, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Design a steady stream of social graphics each week across Instagram, X, and TikTok, including static posts, story templates, carousels, and light motion or video content as needed
• Schedule and publish content daily to keep channels active and consistent
• Engage with the audience in comments and across accounts to grow the community
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social channels
• Adapt templates quickly for product drops, standout pulls, and community highlights
• Monitor post performance in Sprout Social and flag what's resonating with the audience
• Partner with the marketing team on weekly content calendars and campaigns
• Stay current on trading card culture, sports moments, and social trends relevant to our audience

About the Role

Arena Club is looking for a Social Media Admin to own the day-to-day design and publishing of content across our social channels: Instagram, X, and TikTok. This is a hands-on production role where you'll design graphics, schedule and publish content through Sprout Social, and keep our feeds consistently active and on-brand. You'll also collaborate closely with our marketing team while operating independently and managing your own workflow.

What You Will Do

• Monitor post performance in Sprout Social and flag what’s resonating with our audience
• Partner with the marketing team on weekly content calendars and campaign planning
• Stay current on trading card culture, sports moments, and social trends relevant to our audience

Contract Details

• 3-month initial contract, with the potential to extend or expand in scope based on performance

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience

Salary Range $50-$80 USD
