Job summary

Arena Club is seeking a Social Media Admin to own day-to-day design and publishing across Instagram, X, and TikTok. You will create graphics, schedule content via Sprout Social, and maintain a consistent brand voice while working independently on your workflow.

You will collaborate with the marketing team on calendars and campaigns, stay current on trading card culture, and help keep feeds active and on-brand in a fully remote, part-time setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing for social media.
• Familiarity with basic motion design tools for TikTok content.
• Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and specs.

Responsibilities

• Design a steady stream of social graphics across Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish content daily to keep channels active.
• Engage with the audience in comments to grow the community.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across channels.
• Adapt templates quickly for product drops and community highlights.

About the Role

Arena Club is looking for a Social Media Admin to own the day‑to‑day design and publishing of content across our social channels: Instagram, X, and TikTok. This is a hands‑on production role where you’ll design graphics, schedule and publish content through Sprout Social, and keep our feeds consistently active and on‑brand. You’ll also collaborate closely with our marketing team while operating independently and managing your own workflow.

What You Will Do

• Design a steady stream of social graphics each week across Instagram, X, and TikTok, including static posts, story templates, carousels, and light motion or video content as needed
• Schedule and publish content daily to keep our channels active and consistent
• Regularly engage with our audience in the comments and across accounts to build and grow the community
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social channels
• Adapt templates quickly for breaking moments, including product drops, standout pulls, and community highlights
• Monitor post performance in Sprout Social and flag what’s resonating with our audience
• Partner with the marketing team on weekly content calendars and campaign planning
• Stay current on trading card culture, sports moments, and social trends relevant to our audience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing for social media, ideally with a brand or agency
• Familiarity with basic motion design tools (CapCut, After Effects, or similar) for TikTok content
• Hands‑on experience with Sprout Social, or the ability to ramp up quickly
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific best practices and specs
• Reliable and communicative, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines independently
• Genuine interest in trading cards, sports, or collectibles

Contract Details

• 3‑month initial contract, with the potential to extend or expand in scope based on performance
• 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling, full remote
• Hourly rate commensurate with experience

The base salary range listed is a guideline. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and the impact you bring. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.

Salary Range: $50 USD - $80 USD
