Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Social Insights Analyst to lead social listening, reporting and analytics for our Concert division. You will own measurement of earned conversations, build scalable dashboards, and deliver insights to inform marketing strategy and cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with social listening vendors, manage query development with Boolean logic, and translate data into actionable narratives for campaigns, artist activations, and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in social media analytics or digital insights.
• Experience with earned measurement and social listening tools.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Boolean query skills.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement and analysis of earned social conversation across platforms.
• Run social listening through tour cycles and track sentiment and volume.
• Analyze UGC and track amplification across artists and media.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Conduct competitive and benchmark analyses to contextualize performance.
• Develop alerts for emerging topics and brand risks.
