Job summary

Sephora in San Francisco offers a 10-week Social Impact Internship focused on employee engagement, nonprofit partnerships, and community impact. You'll help strengthen systems, storytelling, and measurement that bring Sephora's Social Impact strategy to life.

The program runs June 14 – August 20, 2027, with 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday (PST). Eligible graduates in 2027/2028 may relocate to the SF Bay Area for full-time hybrid roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in corporate social impact, nonprofit partnerships, and employee volunteerism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across Communications, Marketing, and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Create content and campaigns to raise employee awareness of Sephora's Social Impact initiatives.
• Review nonprofit partner impact reports and maintain annual partner scorecards.
• Map project plans and create more efficient systems of work with a project management tool.
• Develop and organize templates, resources, and playbooks for future programs.
• Support volunteer events and community engagement activities and report on outcomes.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in daily work.
