Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Social Engineering Analyst to support the Enterprise Social Engineering program, focusing on configuring, launching, monitoring, and reporting on phishing, smishing, and customized exercises.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and clear communication, and it operates within a hybrid work model in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. This is a junior cybersecurity position with opportunities to advance socially engineered security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, or related discipline preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in cybersecurity with interest in social engineering, security awareness, or related defensive disciplines.
• Direct experience supporting or executing social engineering exercises (phishing or smishing) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly Enterprise phishing campaigns and quarterly Enterprise smishing campaigns.
• Support customized social engineering campaigns requested by business units.
• Configure campaign scenarios, targeting, schedules, and supporting materials using established processes.
• Coordinate timelines, inputs, approvals, QA, launch activities, and results reporting.
• Perform pre-launch QA; monitor active campaigns; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Compile and validate campaign results; analyze outcomes and trends for review.
