Radiant, an El Segundo-based startup building portable nuclear microreactors, seeks a Social & Content Manager to own day-to-day content across social media, presentations, and visuals. You will craft punchy social copy, design clean visuals, and adapt voice for multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications.
• Strong portfolio showing range: social posts, graphics, slides, short-form video.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Excellent writing skills—punchy, clear, adaptable to different voices.

Responsibilities

• Social Media (60%): Write and publish daily content for brand and executive accounts; maintain distinct voices; monitor engagement; stay current on trends.
• Visual Content & Presentations (40%): Create slides and decks for leadership and investors; design graphics for posts, website, and internal comms; coordinate content calendar.
