Job summary

Nmble Hiring Solutions is seeking a skilled motion graphics artist based in or near Charlotte, NC, to craft high-end 2D motion graphics for paid and broadcast-style social content. You will also plan, shoot, and edit short-form UGC-style video and photo content for organic social, stepping in front of the camera when a video calls for a human presence.

You’ll manage fast turnarounds across a mix of polished motion work and native social content, adapting styles to keep content fresh and engaging

Qualifications

• Strong 2D motion graphics portfolio in After Effects for social or broadcast.
• UGC-style content you’ve produced yourself: planned, shot, and edited.
• Comfortable being on camera and handling camera, lighting, and sound.
• Based in or near Charlotte, NC and available for in-person shoots.

A well-established retailer is building out its in-house social content capability. This role covers two things: top-end 2D motion graphics for paid and broadcast-style social content, and hands-on UGC-style production for organic social, planning, shooting, and editing short-form video and photo content, on camera when needed.

What you'll do

• Build 2D motion graphics and animated content in After Effects for paid social, broadcast-style spots, and campaign launches
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form UGC-style video and image content for organic social and TikTok
• Work both sides of the camera: direct and shoot content, and appear on camera yourself when a video calls for a human presence
• Keep a fast turnaround across a mix of polished motion work and native, scroll-stopping social content
• Vary format, pacing, and style across deliverables so content doesn't read as repetitive or templated

What we're looking for

• A strong 2D motion graphics portfolio in After Effects, built for social or broadcast, not just print or static design
• UGC or influencer-style content you've made yourself: planned, shot, and edited, not just repurposed ads
• Comfortable being the face of a video as well as running camera, lighting, and sound
• Based in or near Charlotte, NC and available for in-person shoots

Nice to have

• 3D animation experience (Cinema 4D or similar)
• Food, grocery, or CPG content experience
• An engaged social following of your own
• Editing/color work in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
