Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a senior social-first content creator to develop platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will translate science into engaging stories for consumers and professionals, embedding on the social media team to influence outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid US role (Boston or other offices) or remote within the US, aligning with East Coast hours and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of content creation experience across agency, freelance, or in-house.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Experience creating short-form video, social graphics, carousels, and motion assets.
• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for consumers and professionals.
• Organized, fast-moving, able to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.

The Role:

We're looking for a senior social-first content creator who lives and breathes digital culture and knows exactly what stops the scroll. You'll create platform-native content that connects brand goals with real-world healthcare impact, blending creativity, strategy, and what audiences are actually engaging with right now. You will sit and be embedded on the social media team.

This is your chance to make health feel less clinical and more human, using your design chops, storytelling instincts, and cultural fluency to create scroll-worthy work that performs. Think: TikTok edits that explain the science and get shared. Instagram carousels that inform without boring. And LinkedIn posts that even non-HCPs want to save.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. This role will primarily support East Coast working hours; candidates based in other time zones may be considered if they are comfortable working East Coast hours.

What You’ll Do

• Develop platform-native content concepts and creative approaches tailored to how audiences consume content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms
• Turn complex (sometimes science-y) info into clean, creative stories that hit for both consumers and professionals
• Serve as a social-first creative expert, advising internal teams on content formats, creator trends, editing styles, platform best practices, and evolving audience behaviors
• Collaborate with social strategy to develop concepts and formats that break through
• Identify emerging trends, content formats, and cultural moments to inform timely, relevant social content
• Contribute to new business and pitch work with agile social-by-design creative that shows what we’re capable ofour social-first approach to content

What You Should Have

• 4-5 years of content creation experience (agency, freelance, in-house doesn’t matter as long as you’ve got the receipts)
• Experience creating social content using Adobe Creative Suite, and related creative tools, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects, with the ability to select the right tool for the right creative challenge
• Experience creating short-form video, social graphics, carousels, motion assets, and creator-style content
• Partner with social strategy to concept, and independently create, edit, and deliver social content from idea through final asset while balancing multiple brands
• Able to translate complex topics into content that informs and engages
• Organized, fast-moving, and unfazed by multiple workstreams or deadlines
• Passionate about creativity with purpose and how digital content can actually drive better health outcomes

Pay Range:

$85,000 - $110,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
