We're looking for a creative Social & Content Coordinator to partner with our Brand & Content Manager in growing the Medix brand, strengthening audience relationships, and driving measurable impact across digital channels. This role combines social strategy, community engagement, and storytelling to reinforce our position as a trusted industry leader while building authentic relationships with clients, talent, employees, and online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic and paid social strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across key social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), leveraging insights to optimize timing, targeting, and personalization.
- Ensure a strategic approach to organic, sponsored, and thought leadership content that supports awareness, lead generation, and engagement objectives.
- Coordinate platform-specific campaigns and video content across social channels for clients, talent, and internal recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports on organic and paid social performance, recommending optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Champion experimentation with emerging platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies to identify new opportunities for audience growth.
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy
- Leverage social listening to monitor conversations, identify emerging trends, and uncover opportunities for Medix to engage
- Cultivate an active online community by fostering meaningful conversations, engaging with audiences, and building authentic relationships across digital channels.
- Identify opportunities for Medix to participate in relevant industry conversations and strengthen relationships with clients, talent, employees, and industry communities.
- Support employee advocacy, executive visibility, and employer brand initiatives that strengthen Medix's reputation.
Content Amplification & Storytelling
- Partner with the Brand & Content Manager to develop omnichannel activation strategies that amplify integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and key business initiatives.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging social-first assets tailored to individual platforms and audience segments.
- Adapt and optimize content across social, email, newsletters, video, and other digital formats to align with platform best practices and audience behaviors.
- Write social copy, employee advocacy content, newsletters, and other channel-specific marketing content that extends the reach and impact of core marketing initiatives.
- Support the consistency and integrity of the Medix brand by maintaining brand standards across digital content and audience engagement.
- Coordinate timelines and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support integrated content and social campaigns.
Creative Production & Coordination
- Own Canva, DP and other design tools across the organization
- Create and adapt basic graphics, videos, reels, and multimedia assets that align with Medix brand standards.
- Partner with external vendors to coordinate visual asset production.
- Maintain marketing resource libraries, social assets, and campaign documentation.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows and marketing efficiency.
- Provide writing and production support for long-form content initiatives as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+years of experience in social media management and digital content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Curiosity for emerging social platforms, digital trends, AI technologies, and evolving audience behaviors.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout, HubSpot, or native platforms).
- Experience with paid and organic social strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Experience creating social-first graphics and short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how to optimize content for search and AI discoverability.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, audiences, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and/or staffing industry is a plus.
