Qualifications

• 3+ years in social content, community management, or a similar role.
• Exceptional short-form writing and editorial judgment.
• Hands-on experience managing a brand's social inbox and online communities.
• Experience with social management, scheduling, and listening tools.

Responsibilities

• Write scroll-stopping copy for Harvey's owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Provide ready-to-post language for employee and advocacy channels.
• Turn launches into channel-native posts, threads, and replies.
• Manage Harvey's social inbox, respond to DMs, comments, and mentions.
