Job summary

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part-time Soccer Specialists to support our fall soccer program. Preference given to those who have played or refereed soccer and can work Saturday mornings to facilitate games.

Responsibilities include assisting with practices and games, communicating effectively with parents and children, and upholding the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Know the rules of a sport and officiate/assist games.
• Work well with young people and families.
• Able to multitask and stay organized during practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Saturday morning soccer games.
• Support practices and games in evenings and weekends.
