Position Summary:

The assistant coach will work collaboratively with the head coach to teach soccer fundamentals, support practices and competitions, and help student‑athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a positive and supportive athletic experience for middle school students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Human Resource Generalists which are applicable to this position and in accordance with Winchester Public policies and procedures.
