Job summary

Jobtailor in Los Angeles seeks an experienced youth soccer coach to lead sessions, mentor assistants, and drive consistent coaching standards. You will monitor player progress with Playermaker technology and tailor feedback to each player, while coordinating weekly trainings, camps, and matches.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to safety. Availability on Sundays is required, and you will participate in company training sessions to stay aligned

Qualifications

• Minimum USSF D License with head coach experience or USSF C License (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of youth soccer coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work on a Sunday.
