About Soccer Shots Orange County

We are a family-owned business (@BarkeyFamilySuperSeven) dedicated to helping children through soccer. We introduce soccer to children aged 2-8 at preschools and outdoor park programs across Orange County.

Position Overview

We are seeking individuals who love children and are patient with challenges. Classes are Monday through Friday at preschools and weekends at parks, lasting 30-45 minutes. We provide training, equipment, and curriculum materials. Availability for multiple sessions, especially in the afternoons, is preferred. This is a part-time position starting immediately.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Availability: Minimum 3 weekday afternoons (preferably Tues, Wed, Thur), plus Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Background check clearance, including Child Abuse History Clearance and TB test.

Preferred:

• Experience with children
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Previous coaching or teaching experience with children aged 2-8

Compensation

Training Salary: $20/hour

Regular Salary: $25/hour, with potential raises up to $32/hour based on performance.

Additional Details

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with 12 ECE units preferred. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
