Job summary

Pro Soccer Kids, LLC in Santa Monica, CA seeks an energetic Youth Soccer Coach to lead children in fun, educational soccer activities while prioritizing safety. The role offers above-average pay and on-the-job training, with opportunities to grow toward full-time positions or franchise ownership.

You'll work primarily after school and on weekends, with a schedule that includes 2:00-5:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM-12:00 PM on weekends. Earn $18–$40/hour depending on pathways and requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) is preferred.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to engage children.
• Commitment to safety and positive coaching methods.

Responsibilities

The majority of classes are held during the after-school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate needs to have the availability below:

• Monday-Friday (Times): 2:00-5:30
• Weekends: (Times) 8:00-12:00

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. Coaches start at $18/hour and can earn up to $40/hour (with pathways and requirements to reach higher pay).
