Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic soccer coaches for TinyTykes and British Soccer Academy programs across the United States. You will teach children, mentor staff, and represent Challenger Sports with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Compensation is paid per class ($15–$25) with back-to-back sessions; weekly pay applies. We provide training, uniforms, equipment, and a comprehensive curriculum. Evening shifts and background checks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.

• You are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
• You must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Teach TinyTykes program with 2–6 year olds; weekly classes last 45–60 mins; follow curriculum.
• Coaches provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum.
• Deliver in-house clinics and coach education for Challenger Sports.
• Mentor and support coaching staff; be a positive role model for players, parents and coaches.
• Coach 15–30 hours weekly plus ~35 hours for in-office marketing maintenance.

Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation: $15 - $25 per class- pay based on experience level (classes are usually 45-60mins & run back to back) bonus schemes available.

Information:

• Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.
• TinyTykes offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes. We are looking for coaches to begin working inOctober for an 8- 10 week block of sessions.

What is British Soccer Academy? Professional year-round coaching.

• You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
• Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
• Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous
seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 15 - 30 hours each week with the balance of 35 hours in-office marketing maintenance.

Location: across the U.S.
