Job summary

United Futbol Academy Inc. in South Georgia is seeking qualified soccer coaches for our Future Academy, Youth Academy, Select, and Rec programs.

Coaches will develop players using the UFA curriculum, focus on technique, tactical understanding, and personal growth, while modeling professionalism on and off the pitch. The role requires availability 1–3 weeknights and weekends for games, travel less than 5%, and a commitment to long-term development.

Qualifications

• Must be professional and exemplary role model on and off the pitch.
• Committed to long-term player development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication with players and parents.
• Must be legally eligible for immediate employment in the USA.
• Must have a valid state-issued Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Available 1–3 weeknights per week for training and weekends for games.
• Plan, prepare and execute training sessions following the club curriculum and style of play.
• Dedicate 2–6 hours per week to each Age Group.
• Participate in administrative duties, staff meetings, and required club functions.
• Hold team meetings and functions.
• Provide individual player guidance throughout the year.
• Some weekday and weekend travel may be required (less than 5%).

SOCCER COACHES WANTED

Established in 2010, United Futbol Academy (UFA) has quickly become one of the largest and most successful youth soccer clubs in the Southeast boasting 10,000 + kids, multiple satellite locations, and priority access to 35 turf fields and over 30 lighted fields.

We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill soccer coaching positions for our Future Academy Program, Youth Academy Program, Select Program, and Rec in our South Georgia Branch. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and be exemplary role models both on and off the pitch. They must also be committed to long-term individual personal and player development. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and energetic about the game with an appreciation for a Growth Mindset when coaching youth soccer players. Ability to proficiently demonstrate all techniques is a must. This person will coach with a focus on player development within the UFA structured system. Good verbal and written communication skills with players and parents.

Duties/Functions for Futures and Youth Academy Coaching Positions:
