Job summary

Sogility St. Louis is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

You’ll coach players aged 7–14, lead engaging training sessions, drills, and small-sided games, and help players develop technical skills, confidence, and a better understanding of the game. We value energetic, reliable coaches with strong communication who love teaching soccer and working with young athletes. Coaching experience is preferred; licenses are a plus.

We’re looking for coaches who love soccer, enjoy working with kids, and want to help young players improve while having fun.

Our training programs focus on technical development, creativity, confidence, athleticism, and learning through the game.

• Coach youth soccer players, primarily ages 7–14
• Lead engaging training sessions, drills, and small-sided games
• Teach and demonstrate fundamental soccer skills
• Help players develop confidence and a better understanding of the game
• Create a positive and energetic environment for players
• Adjust activities based on age and ability level
• Help maintain a safe and organized training environment

What We’re Looking For

• Soccer playing and/or coaching experience

• Good communication skills

• A genuine passion for helping players improve

Coaching licenses and certifications are a plus, but we’re open to coaches with different levels of experience.

Pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on experience
