Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic in Temescal Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our multi-specialty group. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children and adolescents and participate in well-child exams, immunizations, and preventive care.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with minimal telephonic call. Competitive salary range with benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics is required.
• Ability to provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children and adolescents.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred and patient education is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Administer immunizations according to CDC guidelines.
• Educate families on preventive care and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and specialists.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
