Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a support/operational or design/engineering role in security domains.

• Strong incident handling, triage, and escalation capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for junior analysts during security event investigations.
• Mentor analysts to improve investigation quality and consistency.
• Coordinate shift activities and manage on-call and PTO planning.
• Develop and maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and documentation.
• Lead complex security implementations and testing plans.
• Coordinate reporting of security events and incidents for leadership.
• Provide risk assessments and guidance on information security controls.
