Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven experience in SOC operations and quality control.
• Experience with risk assessment, escalation workflows, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QoC (Quality of Control) delivery across SOC investigations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee validation of investigation outcomes, alert dispositions, and escalation decisions.
• Ensure QC activities remain independent from SOC operational execution.
• Provide governance and direction for QC delivery teams and service leadership.
• Deliver trend analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
