Job summary

Securitas is seeking a SOC Officer in Chandler, AZ. This full-time on-site role features 12-hour shifts and wage range $18.00-$21.00 per hour. The SOC Officer helps maintain a safe environment by monitoring centralized law enforcement radio, logging events, and coordinating with responders.

Our team emphasizes calm, professional conduct, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure. AZ Guard Card is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• AZ Guard Card required.

The SOC Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
