Job summary

Deutsche Telekom AG busca un SOC Incident Handler senior para un rol en Puebla o remoto. Usted gestionará incidentes de seguridad como 3er nivel y mediará entre alertas de SIEM/SOAR, análisis de IOC y remediaciones, trabajando en un entorno internacional y con comunicación en inglés.

El candidato ideal posee experiencia en manejo de incidentes, detección proactiva y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión, con ganas de aprendizaje continuo y de compartir conocimientos dentro de un equipo de seguridad

Qualifications

• Degree en Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales, Tecnologías de la Información o campos relacionados.
• Experiencia en incidentes de seguridad y soporte de nivel 3.
• Dominio de analítica de alertas de SIEM/SOAR y respuesta a incidentes.
• Inglés avanzado es esencial para entrevistas y tareas diarias.
• Conocimientos de IOCs y remediación de incidentes.

Responsibilities

• Gestionar incidentes de seguridad como soporte de 3er nivel dentro del equipo de Respuesta a Incidentes.
• Analizar y responder a alertas de SIEM/SOAR.
• Realizar caza proactiva de amenazas.
• Gestionar contención, erradicación y remediación de incidentes.
• Identificar, analizar y correlacionar IOCs.

Certificaciones (deseables): Incident Handler /Response (+ Cloud), Certified Incident Handler

Responsabilidades:

• Experience handling and managing security incidents as 3rd Level Support within the Incident Response team.
• Analyze and respond to security alerts from SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Perform proactive threat hunting.
• Advanced experience in managing security incidents and events.
• Identify, analyze and correlate IOCs (Indicators of Compromise).
• Analysis, investigation, recommendations and management of remediations.
• Carry out containment, eradication and remediation activities for incidents.
• Advanced English is essential; the interview is conducted in English.
• Enjoy continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
