Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technology related to high-speed IO PHYs and mixed-signal IPs.
  • Experience with ATE testing and characterization of circuits.
  • Hands-on experience in failure analysis and statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Characterize high-speed IO PHYs, PLLs, and other custom HardIPs.
  • Define characterization plans and conduct data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for silicon characterization.
  • Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
