5+ years operating and optimizing enterprise security platforms (SIEM/EDR/XDR).
3+ years building and maturing security ops capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead SOC strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
Establish processes, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
Build maturing SOC aligned to business priorities and risk.
Ensure readiness during cybersecurity events and incidents.
Serve as primary escalation point for major incidents and coordinate responses.
Drive improvements in detection engineering and response workflows.
Leverage automation, analytics, and AI to enhance operations.
Develop standards, processes, and controls aligned with regs and best practices.
Lead security across cloud, endpoints, identity, and network environments.
Mentor and develop a high-performing security operations team.
Drive continuous improvement for maturity, scalability, and efficiency.
