Job summary

Westgate Resorts seeks a Command Center Security Officer to support nationwide emergency management and security operations across our resort portfolio. The role links field responders with corporate leadership, monitoring security systems and providing real-time situational awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in emergency management, security ops, dispatch, or related fields.
• Experience in SOC/GSOC, EOC, or command center environments preferred.
• High school diploma and FEMA/NIMS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and access control across resort properties.
• Serve as primary communications hub during incidents and events.
• Maintain situational awareness via live feeds, alerts, and media reports.
• Coordinate emergency response with police, fire, EMS, and leadership.
• Distribute incident reports and executive summaries timely.
• Support emergency management planning, drills, and after-action reviews.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and records accurately.
