SiFive, a leader in RISC-V CPU IPs, is looking for an experienced leader to research and develop next generation high performance SoC. The SoC architect will guide the team to develop system IPs such as IOMMU, interrupt controllers, memory controllers, and a wide variety of IPs to be used in datacenter and networking SoCs. He will also be deeply involved in the platform security and will help develop groundbreaking new security features.
Base Pay Range: $254,340.00 - $310,860.00. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/incentive compensation and/or equity. The role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
