Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for two SOC Analysts to join their team in Melbourne, FL. The IT Security General Analyst supports the Security Operations Control Center (SOCC), a 24/7/365 operation requiring shift rotations, weekend, after-hours, or on-call support to meet program requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Tier 1 security configuration hardening, incident detection, investigation, and reporting to management and customer security contacts.
2. Monitoring security events to identify anomalies and possible incidents within the network.
3. Managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure and applications, including workflow management, threat hunting assignments, threat intelligence ingestion, rule/alert creation, and operational maintenance.
