Job summary

Tuknik Government Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a SOC Analyst to support our government customer in Baltimore, MD. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will monitor security events 24/7, analyze alerts, investigate incidents, and generate reports for the agency while using ServiceNow and SIEM data. The position offers a meaningful mission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of SOC or similar analyst experience.
• Experience monitoring security events across enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of intrusion signatures and traffic analysis.
• Ability to use incident response ticketing systems and OSINT tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring and analysis of security events across the network.
• Review alerts, investigate, and ticket threats using the incident response platform.
• Validate traffic anomalies and escalate to senior resources when needed.
• Produce contractual and ad hoc reports on events and trends.
• Support creation of new intrusion detection signatures as needed.
