Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a SOC, MSSP, cybersecurity operations, or similar security-focused environment.
• Foundational experience with incident response, security monitoring, or alert investigation.
• Understanding of email security threats and basic alert triage practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft Defender and related Microsoft security technologies.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and the Defender portal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate security alerts and determine appropriate next steps.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established security procedures while knowing when to elevate more complex issues.
• Interest in developing deeper expertise in incident response and email security.

Responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
