United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an elite Senior Security Compliance Consultant to lead a company-wide SOC 2 Type II readiness initiative. You will perform gap analyses, assess controls, design robust compliance workflows, and drive cross-functional teams toward audit completion.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in GRC frameworks, control mapping, evidence automation, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SOC 2 readiness and audit preparation for cloud-native or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Experience with automated evidence collection platforms.
• Ability to map controls to SOC 2 TSC and PCI DSS requirements.
• Excellent policy writing and control documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SOC 2 gap analyses and develop remediation roadmaps.
• Design and implement security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead automated evidence collection workflows with Sprinto or equivalent.
• Guide PCI DSS alignment alongside SOC 2 to minimize overlap inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, HR, and IT to embed compliant workflows.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during readiness phase.
