EY is seeking an experienced SOAR Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of security automation solutions for large clients. You will guide architecture, playbook development, and integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, and cloud security while partnering with security operations and business stakeholders.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage engagements, and shape automation strategies and governance models to deliver measurable value from cybersecurity

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in security automation, SOAR engineering, security operations, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience leading teams or workstreams for design and delivery of security automation or SOAR solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong software development and scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript or similar).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, web services, SDKs, and custom integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SOAR engagements from discovery to deployment and operational transition.
• Advise clients on automation strategy, governance, platform selection, and capability roadmaps.
• Own solution architecture and delivery quality for enterprise SOAR implementations.
• Direct the design and development of playbooks for incident triage, investigation, containment, and reporting.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, threat intelligence, and more.
• Provide technical oversight for custom integrations, connectors, and cloud-native automation.
• Facilitate executive briefings and workshops; translate findings into actionable plans.
• Manage engagement scope, risks, staffing, and delivery milestones; ensure client satisfaction.
