Job summary

Phoenix Cyber is seeking a SOAR Consultant to support a commercial client. This on-site role requires expert knowledge of SOAR technologies and a Top Secret Clearance.

The consultant will implement automations and work closely with cross-functional teams to protect the client’s security posture. Phoenix Cyber is a national provider of cybersecurity engineering, operations, sustainment, and managed security services to organizations seeking stronger security.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field and/or a minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Proven proficiency with cyber security platforms including SOAR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, Endpoints.
• Cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating innovative solutions within the cybersecurity space.
• Develop and implement automations in response to security incidents.
• Collaborate with SMEs/engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders to design security orchestrations.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

• Proactively collaborating, developing, and designing security orchestrations with SMEs/engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Ability to navigate and adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment with a team of like-minded, cross-functional individuals
