Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask between product production and assisting clients as they enter and leave the store.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while following company policies.
