Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Assembler) in the Soap Assembly department in North Hollywood, CA.

You will work under supervision to assemble components, test subassemblies, and ensure quality while following safety rules. The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a production environment with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and basic assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and drawings.
• Must be able to use hands and operate tools safely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into subassemblies and finished units on production lines or at workstations.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct product tests at subassembly and final stages as required.
• Perform repair and rework on units or subassemblies when needed.
• Follow quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Identify and report any material or process issues.
• Work under supervision and demonstrate entry-level assembler skills.
