Buff City Soap is seeking a Production Specialist in Dallas to join our hands-on Commissary team. You will produce soaps, detergents, bath bombs, lotions, and body butters following established recipes and production schedules. You will support inventory and ensure high quality in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, value safety, and collaborate across Production, Fulfillment, and Operations to meet demand and maintain craftsmanship behind every product.

Qualifications

• Produce products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety while handling ingredients.
• Follow recipes precisely and repeat processes consistently.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Help with inventory and batch records.
• Work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in handmade cosmetic or bath product production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce Buff City Soap products per recipes and schedules.
• Follow procedures to ensure consistency in appearance and scent.
• Operate production equipment safely to meet productivity goals.
• Conduct quality checks and communicate issues.
• Document batch information and ingredient usage.
• Support daily/weekly production goals with attention to detail.
• Keep a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Assist with inventory movement and material replenishment.
• Collaborate with Production, Fulfillment, Procurement, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and teamwork.
