Under close supervision you’ll perform standardized assembly tasks on soap dispensers and related subassemblies, in a hands‑on, quality‑driven, team‑oriented environment. This entry‑level role emphasizes learning the Four Level Defect Grading System, safety, and clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of assembly experience
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions, sketches
• Able to wear safety equipment and operate tools
• English communication and instruction-following ability
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into subassemblies and finished units
• Use hand tools, power tools, and simple machines
• Perform product tests at subassembly/final stages
• Complete repair and rework of units or subassemblies
• Follow quality, workmanship and production standards
• Set up equipment or workstations
• Identify and report material/tool/machine/process issues
• Demonstrate entry-level assembler skills
• Apply the Four Level Defect Grading System and report defects
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work area
