Snubbing Operators at MID-ATLANTIC ENERGY SERVICES LLC play a key leadership role in basket operations, overseeing the operation of standalone snubbing units. This position involves leading crews, troubleshooting, and performing repairs and maintenance in a dynamic oil and gas environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable working long shifts in challenging conditions.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in snubbing operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Ability to work 12+ hour shifts, outdoors, and in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights, sometimes extreme
• Ability to work out of town for up to 28 days
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, physical, background check, and have a clean driving record
• Must have a valid IADC Well Control Ticket
• Strong leadership and communication skills
