Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued Driver License; Class A CDL preferred with hazardous material endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of snubbing or workover rig experience.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work varied schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize each snubbing operation to completion.
• Determine equipment needs for each customer job and allocate resources.
• Advise customers on proper procedures for snubbing operations.
• Enforce safety procedures per Axis guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare accurate paperwork: time sheets, tickets, job reports, etc.
• Promote snubbing unit services and call on customers.
• Provide training for new hires and ongoing crew instruction.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and ensure log books/inspections are up to date.
• Report operational deficiencies to maintenance personnel.
• Perform additional duties as required.
