Job summary

Village Green Landscapes is seeking snow plow operators in Saint Paul, Minnesota for a seasonal role. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid sick time off is provided as a benefit.

You will operate snow plows, document status, and work with a team to ensure timely snow removal. The position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a DOT card (or the ability to obtain one), and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Our snowplow operators are responsible for snow removal at all assigned jobs.

Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00 per hour DOE.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
• Completes all required documentation of job status
• Proficient use all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
• Demonstrates timely and effective communication
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Consistently follows all company policies and procedures
