Job summary

Village Green Landscapes in Minnesota is seeking snowplow operators for a seasonal snow removal role. You will operate a truck with an attached plow and complete job status documentation with attention to safety and customer service.

Required: 1+ season snow plow experience, valid license with clean record, DOT card or ability to obtain, and pass a pre-employment drug test. On-site position with benefits included.

Position Summary

Our snowplow operators are responsible for snow removal at all assigned jobs.

Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00 per hour DOE.

Seasonal position -Benefits:

• Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment

• Proficient use all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
• Demonstrates timely and effective communication
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
