Job summary

Village Green Landscapes is seeking a snow plow operator for seasonal snow removal duties. You will safely operate a plow-equipped truck, document job status, and use tablets and tracking software to report progress.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential. Requirements include 1+ season of snow plow experience, a valid license with clean record, a valid DOT card or ability to obtain one, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Our snowplow operators are responsible for snow removal at all assigned jobs.

Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00 per hour DOE.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
• Completes all required documentation of job status
• Proficient use all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
• Demonstrates timely and effective communication
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Consistently follows all company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
