Job summary

Arctic Snow and Ice Control, Inc. is seeking experienced commercial operators to support snow removal across Milwaukee, Glendale and Racine. Join a winter response team dedicated to precise plowing, safe vehicle operation, and clear communication with dispatch and foremen.

You will operate skid steers, wheel loaders and salt trucks, report incidents promptly, and maintain daily fuel logs while ensuring equipment is kept in peak condition and the cab remains clean after each shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial snow removal or equipment operating experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid CDL for certain projects; not required for every operating role.

Responsibilities

• Plow and clear at commercial locations per dispatch or foreman instruction.
• Immediately report any incidents/accidents to the foreman.
• Maintain fuel logs and communicate fuel status at start and end of each event.
• Adapt to plow, salt, or shovel as assigned by dispatch.
• Keep equipment in safe operating condition and alert foreman to maintenance needs.
• Ensure cab is clean and debris-free after each event.
