Job summary

Woodward Tahoe (Boreal and Soda Springs) is seeking a Snowmaking Operator to join our team for a seasonal, full-time role. You will help generate snow for resort trails and operations across Boreal, Woodward Tahoe Tubing, and Planet Kids at Soda Springs.

The role is labor-intensive and requires night shifts, physical fitness, and the ability to work in varied weather. On-site housing may be available, and you’ll have access to POWDR resorts and discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift objects 40+ pounds.
• Basic mechanical skills required.
• Able to work night shifts in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to collaborate with others in a positive manner.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow guns and related equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot snowmaking machinery.
• Complete start-up and shut-down procedures for snow machines.
• Drain water hoses and lines; manage snow removal as needed.
