Job summary

Credigy is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join the Data and Automation team in Norcross, GA. You will monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, SSIS, and ADF, handling routine tickets and building durable fixes.

The role requires 3+ years in data engineering or related roles, strong SQL/ETL fundamentals, and Snowflake experience. Visa sponsorship is not available; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, ETL development, data operations, or related technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, preferably MS SQL Server and T-SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot queries and data quality issues.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/data integration tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar tools.
• 2+ years hands-on Snowflake experience in production.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data validation, and data modeling principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production data pipelines, jobs, integrations, and data loads across SQL Server, Snowflake, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other tools.
• Own routine production support tickets from investigation to resolution, escalate complex issues as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain data quality checks and durable fixes.
