Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake. The role focuses on building scalable data workflows, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions while guiding junior developers and partnering with data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and data transformation activities across multiple sources
• Load, extract, and manage data in Snowflake (staging, transformations, performance tuning)
• Collaborate with BI teams to support reporting and dashboarding (Power BI, etc.)
• Ensure workflow governance, version control, and best practices across environments
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows for scalability
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior team members

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake (data loading, transformations, SQL, performance tuning)
• Solid experience in data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and pipeline development
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools

Preferred
