Job summary

A leading tech company in Nashville, TN seeks a Mid-Senior level Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition. The role involves supporting data migration to Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, and working with stakeholders on system integrations. Qualifications

• Strong experience with Snowflake for data storage, querying, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (preferably SQL Server 2016).
• Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures and views.
• Hands-on experience with Matillion is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand workflows and decision-making processes.
• Perform gap analysis between current environment and Snowflake.
• Ensure equivalent logic is replicated in Snowflake with consistent behavior.
• Assist in knowledge transfer to internal teams for post-migration self-sufficiency.

Skills

Strong experience with Snowflake for data storage, querying, and validation

Hands‑on experience with SQL Server (preferably SQL Server 2016)

Advanced SQL skills

Experience rebuilding and migrating data pipelines

Hands‑on experience with Matillion

Experience working with finance or accounting data

Understanding of data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting needs
