Job summary

CLEARBROOK is seeking a Snowflake Lead to own end-to-end Snowflake solution design, development leadership, and AI/advanced analytics enablement on AWS.

You will lead Snowflake schemas, security, and data pipelines, coordinate with offshore teams, and apply CI/CD practices while integrating AI/ML use cases.

Experience with insurance data, Talend ETL, and Python is required; salary range $110,000–$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Snowflake, Cortex AI, Python and Insurance Domain on AWS Cloud, Talend ETL are required.
• Hands-on Snowflake data engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience enabling AI/ML use cases in Snowflake and integrating with external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Snowflake solution design and development leadership.
• Define and enforce best practices for performance, security, and CI/CD in Snowflake.
• Oversee data ingestion pipelines using Talend, Qlik Replicate, and Snowpipe.
• Guide AI/Analytics enablement: Snowpark (Python), feature engineering, ML model support.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and onsite customer stakeholders.
